Concern for the Future Simon Nfumbe has a wealth of project management experience in the local and international development sector. He currently works with BMS Minerals Limited as the Environmental, Health and Safety professional. Simon was contracted by Tullow Oil Uganda Operation in the Hoima District. He assisted in the rigging and drilling of oil wells in the Lake Albert Region. He was in charge of formulating policies, standards and procedures in the areas of environment, health and safety, as well as, complying with international standards and national legislation. Simon has worked as a Field Assistant with the United Nations World Food Program in) Kumi and Soroti districts. He was Environmental Technical Officer for the Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited and Risk Manager / Assurance Officer with Eskom Uganda Limited in charge of Nalubaale and Kiira Power stations. Monica Nankoma, Director of CFTF, has been a business administrator for ten years working with various companies and non-profits. Monica recently served as director of Life in Africa Foundation, which helps low income women through microenterprise. Ms. Nankoma held corporate positions at WeighTec International, a leading company in the field of weighing scales and calibrations; and Danitrax Uganda Ltd, a car tracking and fleet management company. Janet Baluka . Administrator / Secretary with the Ugandan Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. Emma Obwori . Certified Public Accountant with a management consulting agency which majors in accounting, taxation, project evaluation, financing, investigative audits, and business plans. Deo Gombya . Runs a car service in Kampala, Jinja, and Gulu. Deo is a trained counselor who specializes in helping traumatized children. Father of Maria. Joyce Kasujja . Peer Counselor in HIV / AIDS.
